Terms of Service

Last updated: 16.08.2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Booklogica Calendar Sync (“Booklogica”, “we”, “our”, “the service”). Booklogica is operated by Drazen Miletic, an independent individual service provider based in Austria.

1. Use of the Service

By creating an account, you explicitly confirm that you are registering as a professional property manager/operator, business, freelancer, or self-employed individual ("Commercial Users"). Booklogica provides a synchronization service that connects your PMS or channel manager with Google Calendar. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Google Account Permissions

To function, Booklogica requires permission to create, update, and delete events in your selected Google Calendar. Permissions are granted through Google’s OAuth 2.0 system and can be revoked at any time in your Google Account settings.

3. Your Responsibilities

4. Data Handling

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree to those practices.

5. Availability & Changes

We aim to provide reliable synchronization, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice when possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booklogica is not liable for:

Booklogica's total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Booklogica during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure service, occasional interruptions or issues may occur.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Revoking Google Calendar access immediately stops synchronization. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate any Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Austrian courts. By using this service, you also automatically agree to our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is hereby incorporated by reference and forms an integral part of these Terms.
